HAWKINS MIDDLE SCHOOL – SIXTH GRADE SUPPLY LIST2009 - 2010 Ruler (Metric and Standard) 2 Large boxes of tissue – no aloe Several pocket folders with brads – at least one for each class Several spiral notebooks – at least one for each class At least 2 dozen #2 pencils – no mechanical pencils Pocket dictionary Highlighters – 4 different colors 1 box of Expo dry-erase markers 1 set of colored pencils 1 zippered pencil pouch 2 ink pens Supply of wide-ruled loose-leaf notebook paper (500 count) Cap erasers and/or small hand-held erasers 1 ream of 8 ½ x 11” white copy paper * Individual teachers may ask for additional supplies related to the subject matter after school starts. * No rolling backpacks are allowed. * Supplies will need to be replenished as needed throughout the school year.
