Here are detailed instructions (including Espanol) for registration. 
Boot Camp Nights (Registration Nights): new and returning students can register online through Skyward. By completing your registration in advance, you will save significant time during registration nights.
Additionally, you can complete the student residency questionnaire and student health form ahead of time.  Simply download, fill them out, and bring them with you to registration fo a quicker process.
 
Please bring the following documents with you in order to register your student:
  1. PHOTO ID - Parent/Guardian's State-issued driver's license or passport/passport card.
  2. TWO PROOFS OF RESIDENCY - 
    • Copy of signed lease agreement
    • Mortgage statement
    • Electric, water, gas, or cable bill
    • Not accepted: cell phone bill, bank/credit card statement, or handwritten agreements
  3. BIRTH CERTIFICATE - Birth certificate of student; copy NOT accepted.
  4. IMMUNIZATION RECORD for all 7th grade students AND/OR students NEW to Tennessee - Immunization record OR Exemption for 7th grade students AND/OR students new to Tennessee.
  5.  
     All 7th graders must have a SHOT RECORD to register!
  6. Physical Exam - For students new to Tennessee; documented on TN state form.
